If you never made it to Savannah in the spring for Oscar de la Renta’s first posthumous exhibition, “Oscar de la Renta: His Legendary World of Style,” you’re in luck. The Savannah College of Art and Design’s Atlanta campus is presenting a new exhibit with the same exclusive garments and more — additional looks from the label’s Fall 2015 collection, the first with Peter Copping in command.

But that’s not Atlanta’s only good fortune. “Oscar de la Renta” is the premiere exhibition of SCAD FASH, the Savannah College of Art and Design’s new museum of fashion — the first of its kind in the South. Situated alongside the SCAD School of Fashion, it features nearly 10,000 square feet of exhibition space plus a film salon, a resource library and a conservation lab. Look for more exhibits, films, installations and events year-round (and get ready to wish you could go back to school and change your major).
